Digital presence and brand perception

What does the internet say
about your company — right now?

Most companies believe they have a handle on their reputation. In reality, most of it happens out of sight — in industry forums, on review sites nobody monitors, in search results that give the wrong impression, or in competitor communications that are quietly gaining ground. Our service gives you a complete, ongoing picture of your digital presence and brand perception — from what customers are writing to how you rank against competitors and what is happening in your industry.

What is it?

Digital Reputation™ is an ongoing monitoring service that delivers a structured report on how a company's brand is perceived online — reviews, press articles, forums, social media, search engines and employer platforms. The service is available in three tiers: Basic (Reputation Mirror) for fundamental reputation monitoring, Standard (Market Pulse) for broader market intelligence, and Extended (Corporate View) for groups with multiple brands and in-depth competitor analysis. Delivered monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. The service is produced by MarketMind and distributed by Alba Business Group.

The problem we solve

Nobody has time to monitor it themselves

A negative review left unanswered. A forum post that spreads. A search for your company name that gives the wrong impression. Things escalate quietly — and by the time they surface, the damage is already done. Our service gives you full visibility without spending a single hour on searching, collecting or analysing. The report lands directly in your inbox.

What we analyse

A complete picture from all relevant sources

Reviews and ratings

Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Glassdoor and Reco.se — we analyse both ratings and the actual content of the reviews, not just the average score.

Digital news and articles

What is being written about your company in digital media — from industry publications and national newspapers to local media and trade press.

Social media

Public posts and comments on LinkedIn, Facebook and X are analysed for tone, reach and content.

Forums and communities

Flashback, Reddit and industry-specific forums and LinkedIn groups — discussions rarely captured by traditional media monitoring but that still shape opinion.

SEO visibility

We map how your company ranks on the search terms your customers actually use — and compare your position against competitors term by term.

Employer image

Indeed, Jobbet.se and Glassdoor — reviews and job listings that reflect how your company is perceived as an employer and how you compete for the right candidates.

Company registries

Allabolag, Ratsit, Wikipedia and Google's Knowledge Graph — how the company appears in a direct search, surfaces that affect trust but few companies actively manage.

Market intelligence

Trade publications, conferences and new legislation — we capture the broader context that affects your market and your customers' decisions.

What you get

Not raw data — a decision brief with clear priorities

Every report is structured to go straight to the management team's table.

Sentiment analysis

A clear picture of how communication about your company breaks down between positive, negative and neutral — in total and per source.

Themes and patterns

What keeps coming up? We identify the narratives that actually shape the perception of your company among customers, employees and journalists.

Risk flagging

Prioritised alerts — red, amber and green — so you know exactly what requires immediate action and where you have an open competitive window to act on.

Competitor analysis

We analyse a selection of competitors in the same format — reviews, SEO visibility per search term, content strategy and identified weaknesses.

Communication recommendations

Concrete advice on what should be addressed, reinforced or handled internally — based on what we actually find.

Period-over-period comparison

From the second delivery onward, we always compare against the previous period so that trends and changes become visible over time.

Three tiers

Choose the tier that matches your exposure

All tiers include a baseline analysis with the first delivery — a more comprehensive review that establishes the starting point.

Delivery and frequency

The report lands directly in your inbox

Choose the frequency that suits your exposure and business phase.

Monthly

For companies that are active in the media, have many customer reviews or are in a sensitive phase — acquisitions, leadership changes, product launches.

Quarterly

For companies with lower exposure that want a regular pulse on their digital reputation and industry.

Semi-annually

For companies that want a consolidated strategic overview with an interim update.

The first delivery always includes a baseline analysis — a more comprehensive review that establishes the starting point and gives you a reference for all future reports.

Case study

Strong substance — invisible online.
We helped them see both sides.

A nationwide B2B distributor with 200 employees had a well-founded sustainability programme, strong customer relationships and concrete certifications. Yet almost none of it was visible externally. Our Extended analysis showed that the company owned an SEO area no competitor had claimed, that review platforms were entirely unmonitored — a single negative review without a response had been enough to damage trust — and that their strongest sales argument was barely visible outside their own website. The result was clear red, amber and green alerts with a prioritised action list ready to present to the management team.
