Persona

We start from your real personas. If you have customer data, brand research or NPS analysis, we use it directly. If data is missing, we can conduct a study — target audience analysis, brand research or customer survey — that among other things delivers your personas.

We carry out a structured Mystery Shopper analysis of the entire buying journey through one or more personas' eyes — from homepage to checkout. Five areas are assessed per page and combined into a score index of 1–5.
